Better Mortgage and Coinbase have made history in the US mortgage market with the closure of the first Fannie Mae-supported loan backed by Bitcoin. This innovative product marks a significant milestone in the integration of cryptocurrency into traditional finance.

According to sources, interested customers can currently apply to a waitlist for this new product, which is expected to generate $250 million in loan volume. Plans are underway to make the product available nationwide by summer.
