Dogecoin Expands Mainstream Reach with MoonPay Partnership

One of the most recognizable assets in the crypto space has taken a significant step towards mainstream acceptance. Dogecoin holders can now use their tokens to make purchases at over 6,000 merchants worldwide, thanks to a partnership between House of Doge and MoonPay.

The collaboration brings native $DOGE payments to online, mobile, and point-of-sale environments through MoonPay Commerce, which offers settlement in fiat or stablecoins. This means that businesses can accept Dogecoin without worrying about price volatility.

Current MoonPay Commerce clients include Shopify, Fortune Media, and Dorsia, among others. The partnership also includes the launch of ÐOGE Pay, a dedicated merchant solution designed specifically for Dogecoin transactions.
