Ether.fi Migrates Cash Product to Optimism's Mainnet

Ether.fi, a leading cryptocurrency payment platform, has announced plans to migrate its Cash product to Optimism's (OP) Mainnet. This move will bring approximately 70,000 active cards and 300,000 digital cash accounts to the network.

The migration is seen as a significant step for Optimism in its efforts to establish OP Mainnet as a center for payments and consumer crypto activity. The network aims to strengthen its payments ecosystem by supporting large-volume consumer applications.

OP Stack has processed 3.6 billion transactions in the second half of 2025, accounting for about 13% of total crypto activity during that period. The network's scale is expected to provide the depth needed to support major payment-focused firms.
