B2C2 Expands EU Presence with MiCA License Approval
B2C2, a digital asset liquidity firm, has made significant strides in expanding its services across the European Union. The company has secured a Crypto-Asset Service Provider license in Luxembourg, allowing it to offer regulated crypto trading services under the bloc's MiCA framework.
The approval enables B2C2 to offer over-the-counter spot crypto trading services through passporting rules across 27 EU countries and three EEA markets. This move strengthens B2C2's presence in Europe ahead of the July 2026 MiCA transition period deadline, when stricter regulations are set to take effect.
B2C2 joins a growing list of crypto firms operating under MiCA licenses, including Coinbase, Bitpanda, and Kraken. The company's latest authorization demonstrates its commitment to regulatory compliance and governance standards, according to CEO Thomas Restout.
